Hostal Rivero Novoa Cienfuegos is located in the center of the city, in a very quiet and central street, just two blocks from Paseo del Prado, three blocks from Boulevard Cienfueguero and four from the VIAZUL terminal. Very close to the hostel there is a good offer of restaurants, the Tomás Terry Theater, the Ferrer Palace, the museums, Transtur, the Benny Moré nightclub, the Paseo Marítimo (Malecón), the Costa Sur and Tropi Sur nightclubs, the Cienfuegos Yacht Club and the Palacio de Valle (among others).
All the sites of greatest interest are within reach of a walk, being able to visit them without the need for any transport. You can go for a walk on foot, both during the day and at night, as Cienfuegos is not only very beautiful, it is also quiet and safe.
From the Rivero Novoa Cienfuegos Hostel you can hire excursions to the Nicho Falls, the Guanaroca Lagoon, the Rancho Luna Beach, the Botanical Garden, the Jagua Fortress, etc. ...
The house has late colonial architecture and was built in 1902. It is recently restored and its walls are made of masonry and concrete. Its prop height is 4 meters (which makes it cool and well ventilated). We have two rooms for rent, each one with private bathroom, air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, LED TV, hot and cold water, 110v and 220v electricity, and WIFI signal.
The common areas have comfortable furniture and you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi, watch television, play cards, or taste the house cocktails (based on rum) in a beautiful tropical wood bar.
On the second level, there is a terrace where you can smoke, have breakfast and dinner.
The hosts live on the ground floor, we are a couple with two children (15 and 19 years old, boy and girl). We are a very close family and we all collaborate so that you have a happy stay and feel safe and cared for. We like to guide our clients and guide them with information and advice so that they can get to know our city, its most attractive places, our history, etc.
One of the little secret pleasures of the Hostal Rivero Novoa Cienfuegos deals with gastronomy. Our dinners, made with love and fresh seasonal products, based on Creole and Cuban recipes. It is family cuisine, rich and abundant, served and tasted on the terrace so that the afternoon or night breeze is integrated as one more ingredient.
